UZINFOCOM, the Single Integrator, is seeking an experienced and energetic Project Manager for our Muxlisa AI product.

Muxlisa AI is an innovative product built on artificial intelligence and machine learning. We're bringing together the brightest minds to develop cutting-edge solutions poised to transform the industry.

Your role will be to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage the entire lifecycle of our AI projects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing the project roadmap, defining tasks, and estimating timelines and resources.

• Leading and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams (ML Engineers, Developers, QA, Designers, Analysts) using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

• Overseeing key project milestones and monitoring performance metrics (velocity, burn-down, KPI/OKR).

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the team, clients, and stakeholders.

• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.

• Analyzing project outcomes and preparing regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the IT or AI industry.

• A degree in a technical field or project management.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

• A solid understanding of technical development aspects (API, CI/CD, databases) and core ML/AI terminology (models, datasets, inference, fine-tuning).

• Data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity.

• Resilience, adaptability, strong critical thinking, and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate meetings effectively.
