Social Media / Community Manager
Work Conditions
Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing the SMM strategy;

Creating a content plan for social media (Medium, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and others);

Selecting promotion channels based on the target audience;
-
Creating, testing, and optimizing content formats;
-
Launching and managing social media advertising campaigns;
-
Preparing text, graphics, videos, and animations for posts;
-
Adapting content to suit the specifics of each platform;
-
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and videographers;
-
Engaging with the audience in comments, messages, and forums;
-
Moderating comments, handling negative feedback, and interacting with followers;
-
Developing brand ambassadors;
-
Monitoring key metrics (ER, CTR, reach, engagement);
-
Analyzing content and campaign performance;
-
Using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.;
-
Adjusting strategy based on data;
-
Finding and collaborating with bloggers and influencers;
-
Organizing joint projects, giveaways, and collaborations;
-
Managing the brand’s reputation on social media.
