Level 2 (L2) Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Provide user support regarding the information system via phone, email, and the ticketing system.

Resolve incidents and problems related to the system's operation.

Train users on the fundamental aspects of working with the system.

Ensure the stable performance and operation of the information system.
-
Perform basic administrative tasks (password resets, configuring access permissions, creating user accounts).
-
Monitor system logs, troubleshoot failures, and escalate issues when necessary.
-
Escalate technically complex requests or bugs to the next level of support.
-
Test new system features and updates.
-
Participate in gathering and analyzing user requirements.
-
Maintain the knowledge base and create user-friendly instructions.
-
Document incidents and their resolutions in reports.
-
Keep the system's technical documentation up-to-date.
Requirements:
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Solid understanding of the principles behind information systems and databases.
-
Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS at an advanced user level.
-
Experience with Jira.
-
Basic knowledge of SQL, network protocols, and how web applications work.

Ability to read and work with technical documentation.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
