Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support regarding the information system via phone, email, and the ticketing system.

  • Resolve incidents and problems related to the system's operation.

  • Train users on the fundamental aspects of working with the system.

  • Ensure the stable performance and operation of the information system.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks (password resets, configuring access permissions, creating user accounts).

  • Monitor system logs, troubleshoot failures, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Escalate technically complex requests or bugs to the next level of support.

  • Test new system features and updates.

  • Participate in gathering and analyzing user requirements.

  • Maintain the knowledge base and create user-friendly instructions.

  • Document incidents and their resolutions in reports.

  • Keep the system's technical documentation up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Solid understanding of the principles behind information systems and databases.

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS at an advanced user level.

  • Experience with Jira.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, network protocols, and how web applications work.

  • Ability to read and work with technical documentation.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
