First International UNPSF-25 Forum Held in Samarkand
Today marked the opening of the first-ever UNPSF-25 United Nations Public Service Forum in Samarkand — and the first time this prestigious event is being held in Central Asia.

Samarkand extended a warm welcome to guests from over 60 countries, including government officials, representatives of international organizations, and experts from around the world.

The forum kicked off with discussions on the major challenges facing public institutions in the digital age, along with innovative solutions already being implemented globally. A key focus was placed on the role of public service in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals and expanding citizens' access to high-quality digital services.

Hosting an event of this scale for the first time, Uzbekistan has taken a significant step toward greater openness, international partnership, and innovation in public governance.
We’ll be following the forum closely and sharing key takeaways as they unfold!
