Work Conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and coordination of the educational process;
  • Monitoring the implementation of curricula and programs;
  • Interaction with teachers and methodologists;
  • Organization and carrying out of attestations of students;
  • Maintaining documentation and reporting;
  • Development and implementation of new training programs together with the methodologist;
  • Monitoring the quality of training and student satisfaction;Launching groups in the areas of study;
  • Resolving student issues related to tuition and course fees;
  • Maintaining Google spreadsheets with student data and attendance;
  • Handling objections.


Requirements:

  • A university degree in pedagogy, education management or IT;
  • Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
  • Knowledge of modern educational technologies and methods;
  • Organizational and management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and with a large amount of information;
  • Attention to detail and responsibility.
