Academic Administrator (Program Leader)
Work Conditions
Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of the educational process;
- Monitoring the implementation of curricula and programs;
- Interaction with teachers and methodologists;
- Organization and carrying out of attestations of students;
- Maintaining documentation and reporting;
- Development and implementation of new training programs together with the methodologist;
- Monitoring the quality of training and student satisfaction;Launching groups in the areas of study;
- Resolving student issues related to tuition and course fees;
- Maintaining Google spreadsheets with student data and attendance;
- Handling objections.
Requirements:
- A university degree in pedagogy, education management or IT;
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Knowledge of modern educational technologies and methods;
- Organizational and management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and with a large amount of information;
- Attention to detail and responsibility.
