The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is seeking a qualified Data Analyst to analyze, interpret, and manage healthcare data within the Digital Healthcare Management Unit (DHMU). The DHMU plays a crucial role in implementing the Ministry's digital health reform strategy, aiming to improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient care, and strengthen the national healthcare system through the adoption of digital health technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to support decision-making within the DHMU. The Data Analyst will work to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across digital health initiatives, contributing to the evaluation and improvement of digital health programs. They will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven strategies, manage data reporting, and support ongoing monitoring of digital health systems.

This is a permanent position requiring strong analytical skills, technical expertise in data management, and a deep understanding of digital health technologies. The Data Analyst will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies and contributing to the success of the Ministry's digital health reform agenda.

The selection will be guided by the KfW Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partners Document version January 2019 (update as of July 2024).

The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) with relevant information on the background, objectives of the assignment, scope of assignment, reporting requirements, expertise, qualifications, evaluation and award criteria and other information are provided below. The deadline for submission of proposals is on or before 5.00 pm 29 July 2025 (Tashkent time). Any submissions received after the deadline will be rejected.
