What You'll Do:

• Analyze the effectiveness and impact of government services and digital processes.

• Build and maintain analytical tables, dashboards, and visualizations in Microsoft Excel (using PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and charts).

• Collaborate with developers and the content team to define and refine key performance metrics.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data visualization.

• A solid understanding of data analysis fundamentals (metrics, trends, segmentation).

• Proven experience working with large datasets, databases, or CSV reports.

• Strong systematic thinking and the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling visual format.

• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility when handling data.
