Responsibilities:

Perform technical analysis of B2B client inquiries regarding integration, request errors, authorization, parameters, environments, and reproducibility;
-
Analyze incident causes: gather facts, test hypotheses, and identify the root cause (integration error, configuration issue, system limitation, or defect);
-
Reproduce issues: build control requests, verify scenarios in Postman, compare parameters, and analyze environment discrepancies;
-
Work with logs and request tracing: search for Request/Correlation IDs and match timestamps, statuses, parameters, and responses;
-
Prepare temporary workarounds and technical recommendations for clients pending a final fix;
-
Document tickets for development: provide clear descriptions, reproduction steps, expected/actual results, logs, versions, impact, and priority;
-
Collaborate with the development team and architects: clarify root causes, verify fixes, and confirm solutions;
-
Participate in release testing and verify fixes before and after deployment (smoke/regression testing on key integration scenarios);
-
Maintain and expand the Knowledge Base: document use cases, diagnostic trees, tags, conditions, solutions, and version fixes;
-
Provide consultation and methodological support to L1 Support: assist in diagnostics, control escalation quality, and reduce recurring inquiries;
-
Participate in refining requirements for system improvements: gather details and formulate clear input data for development (User Stories/AC at a basic level).
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience in one of the following roles: L2 Support (Integration), System Analyst, QA Analyst, Technical Consultant for API/SDK, or Integration Engineer;

Understanding of client-server architecture and system integration principles;
-
Strong understanding of REST API and HTTP:
-
Methods (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE);
-
Status codes (400/401/403/404/409/422/429/500);
-
Headers/Body/Query params;
-
Tokens/Signatures/Authorization (basic level);
-
-
Practical experience with Postman (or similar tools): collections, environment variables, request reproduction, and response analysis;
-
Log diagnostics skills:
-
Searching for Request ID/Correlation ID;
-
Correlating events by timestamp;
-
Isolating key error indicators;
-
-
Understanding of network interaction basics: HTTPS, timeouts, DNS, connectivity issues, Proxy/VPN (at a diagnostic level);
-
Basic SQL skills (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN for reading/verifying data);
-
Experience with Jira: ticket management, status tracking, prioritization, and writing high-quality tasks for developers;
-
Experience with Confluence or similar Knowledge Base systems: structuring knowledge and keeping it up to date;
-
Strong technical writing skills: ability to write clear, structured, and reproducible documentation (steps, conditions, input/output data).

Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 to 18:00;
