UZINFOCOM is looking for experts for a major project in the field of healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing a specific service based on FHIR, taking into account its structure, resources, processes, and technical project requirements;

• Analyzing service processes and structures, studying the used resources and their interactions;

• Identifying key FHIR resources, their relationships, and possible extensions;

• Describing current business processes and upcoming changes due to the service implementation;

• Visualizing processes using BPMN diagrams;

• Developing technical project requirements;

• Identifying key stakeholders (medical institutions, patients, laboratories, insurance companies);

• Creating software documentation;

• Writing technical guidelines for developers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis in the field of information technologies;

• Knowledge of business analysis methods and tools such as BPMN, UML, User Stories, Use Cases;

• Experience with requirements management systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);

• Data analysis and reporting skills;

• Basic project management knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies;

• Ability to propose hypotheses and test them through experiments and data analysis;

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• Professional-level proficiency in English and Russian.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00;
