Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify requirements for IT solutions.

• Develop technical specifications and documentation based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of implemented solutions.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and industry trends.

• Coordinate project work with various teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.

• Ensure that developed solutions align with business goals and requirements.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize processes and solutions.

• Develop and maintain project and process documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the IT sector.

• Proficiency in business analysis methods and tools, such as BPMN, UML, User Stories, and Use Cases.

• Experience with requirements management systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Solid understanding of project management principles and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to formulate hypotheses and validate them through experimentation and data analysis.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
