Call Center Operator
Work Conditions
Responsibilities:

Handling incoming inquiries and applications from users;

Quickly mastering essential work-related information within set deadlines;

Adhering to business communication etiquette;

Participating in all sessions and briefings provided by the employee training program.
Requirements:
-
Experience with government services or e-government systems is a plus;
-
Fluency in Russian and Uzbek;
-
Excellent verbal communication skills and clear diction;
-
Proficiency in PC usage (Confident user level);
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on quality;
-
Willingness to learn;
-
Ability to work under pressure (stress resistance).
Conditions & Benefits:

Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 to 18:00;
