Work Conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming inquiries and applications from users;

  • Quickly mastering essential work-related information within set deadlines;

  • Adhering to business communication etiquette;

  • Participating in all sessions and briefings provided by the employee training program.

Requirements:

  • Experience with government services or e-government systems is a plus;

  • Fluency in Russian and Uzbek;

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and clear diction;

  • Proficiency in PC usage (Confident user level);

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on quality;

  • Willingness to learn;

  • Ability to work under pressure (stress resistance).

Conditions & Benefits:

  • Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 to 18:00;
