Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable Backend solutions (microservices, APIs, DB schemas) with a focus on reliability and performance.

• Build robust, high-performance, production-ready services using Python (Django/DRF and FastAPI).

• Proactively optimize system performance (database queries, caching strategies, latency reduction).

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in cloud (AWS) or on-premise environments using Docker and NGINX.

• Ensure API security (authorization, permission management, and secure design patterns).

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and incidents.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence within the team.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Python with extensive experience in Django/DRF and/or FastAPI.

• Proven track record of working with Microservices architecture.

• Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with Django ORM/SQLAlchemy.

• Experience with message brokering systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery.

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and Linux/Bash proficiency.

• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ELK).

• Commitment to high code quality standards and familiarity with tools like pytest/unittest, mypy, black, and flake8.
