Work Conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an SMM strategy.

  • Creating a content plan for social networks (Medium, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).

  • Choosing promotion channels based on the target audience.

  • Creating, testing, and optimizing content formats.

  • Launching and managing advertising campaigns on social media.

  • Preparing text, graphics, videos, and animations for posts.

  • Adapting content to the specifics of each platform.

  • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and videomakers.

  • Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and forums.

  • Moderating comments, handling negative feedback, and interacting with followers.

  • Developing brand ambassadors.

  • Monitoring key metrics (ER, CTR, reach, engagement).

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns.

  • Working with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.

  • Adjusting strategy based on data.

  • Finding and working with bloggers and opinion leaders.

  • Organizing joint projects, giveaways, and collaborations.

  • Managing brand reputation on social networks.
