Work Conditions
Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing an SMM strategy.

Creating a content plan for social networks (Medium, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).

Choosing promotion channels based on the target audience.

Creating, testing, and optimizing content formats.

Launching and managing advertising campaigns on social media.

Preparing text, graphics, videos, and animations for posts.
-
Adapting content to the specifics of each platform.
-
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and videomakers.
-
Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and forums.
-
Moderating comments, handling negative feedback, and interacting with followers.
-
Developing brand ambassadors.
-
Monitoring key metrics (ER, CTR, reach, engagement).
-
Analyzing the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns.
-
Working with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.
-
Adjusting strategy based on data.
-
Finding and working with bloggers and opinion leaders.
-
Organizing joint projects, giveaways, and collaborations.
-
Managing brand reputation on social networks.
