Responsibilities:

  • Providing information about services, rates, connection and disconnection terms, and helping to resolve issues related to the use of the company’s services.
  • Handling contracts, registering new users, making changes to client data, and managing personal accounts.
  • Receiving and processing requests from subscribers to fix malfunctions, assisting with connection or equipment setup issues.
  • Coordinating with technical services, accounting, and other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Consulting on payment issues, checking and correcting bills, processing payments and refunds, and managing debts.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of sales processes.
  • Knowledge of business communication ethics, rules for establishing business contacts, and conducting negotiations.
  • Proficient in Office, Excel.
  • Familiarity with billing (experience with similar programs is welcome).
  • Understanding of the provided services (hosting, colocation, VPS).
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
