Who is to blame for HUMO failures | Dialogue with Shukhrat Kurbanov, HUMO NMPC Director

Ucast 07 Hey, everybody! This is Ucast! Plastic cards and cashless payment have long been part of our everyday life. Together with them, Uzcard and HUMO have become the companions of every Uzbekistani. We invited Shukhrat Kurbanov, Director of the National Interbank Processing Center HUMO, to Ucast. Our conversation is the first such large and detailed interview of Shukhrat on YouTube, which we publish right on the eve of the 5th anniversary of HUMO!
