Uzbekistan Approves Tariff for "UGaz" Natural Gas Monitoring System
The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved a new tariff for the use of the "UGaz" hardware and software system, which is designed to track and monitor the consumption of compressed natural gas (CNG) at vehicle filling stations.

In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-35, dated February 28, 2025, "Single Integrator UZINFOCOM" LLC has been granted exclusive rights to implement and support this system.
From September 24, 2025, the tariff for compressed natural gas (CNG) filling stations will be 25 soums for each cubic meter of gas sold.
The "UGaz" system, developed by " Single Integrator UZINFOCOM" LLC, records all transactions in real time at each filling station. The system includes:
• An automated operator workstation;
• A license plate recognition system (which verifies the vehicle's CNG equipment registration and inspection status);
• An accounting and online reporting module;
• A video surveillance subsystem.
The necessary equipment will be provided to stations for their use for the duration of the contract. This includes modern computers, printers, cameras, and other hardware, all delivered fully connected and ready for immediate use as a turnkey solution.
The implementation of the "UGaz" system is expected to reduce costs associated with manual accounting, minimize theft and unauthorized dispensing of gas, and enhance the transparency and safety of the refueling process.
This project is being carried out in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 387, dated July 6, 2024, "On Measures for the Efficient Use of Natural Gas Resources."
