The UZINFOCOM team secured two prestigious awards at the major EMBRAS summit, which celebrates best practices in HR technology, leadership, and employer branding.

The Core Idea: It’s not just a training course, but a true adventure in a "Star Wars"-inspired universe, where our mascot, the Pineapple-Jedi, guides new employees.
The Innovation: All content—from the mascot to the voice-overs and comics—was created using AI technologies. This enabled our HR team to rapidly develop a high-quality and engaging course complete with gamification, challenges, and humor.

The Core Idea: IT Village is our company's commitment to fostering IT potential in the regions. It's a platform where schoolchildren can learn the fundamentals of programming, robotics, and design.
The Impact: The project makes knowledge accessible and facilitates the direct sharing of experience, with UZINFOCOM employees serving as mentors to inspire the next generation of professionals.
