IOI 2026 international experts visited the Ministry of Digital Technologies

IOI - International Olympiad in Informatics is one of the world's most prestigious competitions for schoolchildren in the field of programming. In 2026, the Olympiad will be held in Tashkent from August 9-16.

For the first time in the history of IOI, Uzbekistan is the host country.

The guests were presented with the country's key digital educational initiatives. As part of the visit, the participants also visited the UZINFOCOM showroom, where they familiarized themselves with the company's activities and key areas of digitalization of public services.

Existing digital solutions and platforms used to automate processes and improve efficiency were demonstrated.
