UZINFOCOM, Ministry of Digital Technologies and NIA

The Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Information Society Agency (NIA) of the Republic of Korea, and UZINFOCOM have signed an agreement to implement a grant-funded project aimed at enhancing the AI-powered Citizens’ Appeals System.

The project will focus on developing and implementing AI-based solutions for analyzing and managing citizens’ appeals. It will also include a feasibility study for the pilot deployment of the system in Uzbekistan.

The partnership with NIA builds on the growing technological cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and will help bring Korean expertise in digital government and artificial intelligence to the project.
