Responsibilities:

• Organize analytical and methodological support for conducting research work.
• Develop questionnaires and forms for collecting statistical data.
• Conduct analytical work to collect, assess, and analyze the obtained information and develop practical recommendations.
• Systematize the collected data, check their relevance and completeness.
• Create technical documentation (concepts, technical specifications, technical requirements) in accordance with the company’s, legal, and governmental requirements.
• Support long-term projects that involve periodic product updates.
• Maintain current internal corporate documentation and reporting.
• Interact with the Customer and its subdivisions.
• Collaborate with UZINFOCOM divisions to search for solutions and coordinate them.

Requirements:

• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to critically analyze information.
• Experience in developing and conducting surveys, collecting, and systematizing statistical data.
• Proficiency in data analysis methods and the ability to provide practical recommendations.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including concepts, technical specifications, and requirements.
• Skills in handling current corporate documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of the basics of legislation governing the field of activity.
• Knowledge of notations, experience in modeling or describing processes (UML/BPMN) is an advantage.
• Experience in designing products from scratch, and experience in bringing products and architecture to ready-to-use stages is an advantage.
