This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) is an annex to the User Agreement and applies to personal data, which LLC "Unified Integrator for the creation and support of state information systems UZINFOCOM" (hereinafter - UZINFOCOM) may obtain about the User during his use of the website UZINFOCOM (hereinafter - the Website). Before using the Website, the User, along with familiarizing himself with the terms of the User Agreement, should familiarize himself with the terms of this Policy. UZINFOCOM does not bear responsibility for consequences of transfer of personal data by the User to the third party, if such transfer was performed on the information resource of the third party. Use of the Website means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms and conditions of processing his/her personal data received from the User's computer and from external information resources. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, regardless of agreement with the terms of the User Agreement, the User must refrain from using the Website. This Policy applies the terms and definitions in accordance with Chapter 1. User Agreement.

In accordance with the functional purpose of the Website, the following User data is processed automatically: a) personal data that the User provides about himself/herself when registering on the Website: - first and last name; - e-mail address; - phone number. b) data that is automatically transmitted to UZINFOCOM during the User's use of the Website: - information about the User's computer, such as the type and version of the browser, operating system, IP address; - data on the User's actions when using the Website, including transitions between pages, duration of stay on pages, date and time of visit; - information about cookies and other similar technologies.

Processing of personal data of Users is carried out for the purpose of providing Users with the opportunity to use the Website and access its functional capabilities, including for: - ensuring processes of authentic identification and authentication of the User; - improving the quality and convenience of using the Website; - ensuring the security and reliability of the User's identity authentication process; - conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data. Storage of personal data is carried out for the period necessary to achieve the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy.

Processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On personal data" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of ensuring the security of personal data. UZINFOCOM takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the User's personal data. Processing of personal data by the Website is carried out only with the consent of the User. It should be noted that otherwise the use of the Website may be limited. UZINFOCOM transfers the User's personal data to third parties (to the extent necessary) in the following cases: - provided that the User has expressed his consent to such actions; - with the User's consent, it transfers to the information resource integrated with the Website information about the authentication status and the necessary personal data of the User; - if the transfer is necessary in accordance with a court decision or is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

UZINFOCOM has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent at its own discretion, including, but not limited to, in the case when such changes are caused by changes in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulating the procedure for processing of personal data and use of the Website. Changes shall come into force after three days from the date of their posting on the Website with simultaneous loss of the previous version of the Policy. If the User does not agree with the changes made, the User must cease all use of the Website.
