Responsibilities:

• Monitoring changes in legislation and developing analytical reviews and regular reports for the organization's management.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and conditions of international transactions.
• Analyzing and interpreting international laws and regulations for application in specific cases.
• Developing compliance and risk management strategies and providing legal support for business processes.
• Overseeing contract execution, interacting with regulatory authorities and other parties.
• Drafting and analyzing various legal documents, such as contracts, statements, and complaints.
• Training employees on compliance with laws and regulations and providing legal advice.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education, and a master’s degree in law or international law will be an advantage.
• Deep understanding of international and national laws regulating the field of information technology.
• Experience working as a lawyer or regulatory analyst in the field of information technology or related areas.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
