System Integration Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Technical analysis of B2B client requests regarding integration, covering request errors, authorization, parameters, environments, and reproducibility.
- Incident cause analysis: fact gathering, hypothesis testing, identifying the root cause (integration error, configuration, system limitations, defect).
- Problem reproduction: building control requests, validating scenarios in Postman, comparing parameters, analyzing environment differences.
- Working with logs and request tracing: searching for request/correlation IDs, matching timestamps, statuses, parameters, and responses.
- Preparing temporary workarounds and technical recommendations for clients pending the final fix.
- Formalizing tickets for development: clear descriptions, reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, logs, versions, impact, and priority.
- Collaboration with the development team/architects: clarifying causes, verifying fixes, confirming solutions.
- Participation in release testing and verifying fixes before/after rollout (smoke/regression testing on key integration scenarios).
- Maintaining and growing the knowledge base: documenting cases, diagnostic trees, tags, conditions, solutions, and fixed versions.
- Consultation and methodological support for L1: assisting with diagnostics, controlling escalation quality, reducing repeat requests.
- Participation in clarifying requirements for improvements: gathering details, formulating clear input data for development (User Stories/AC at a basic level).
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in one of the following roles:
- L2 support (integration), System Analyst, QA Analyst, Technical Consultant for API/SDK, Integration Engineer.
- Understanding of client-server architecture and system integration principles. Strong understanding of REST API and HTTP:

methods (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE);

statuses (400/401/403/404/409/422/429/500);

headers/body/query params;

tokens/signatures/authorization (at a basic level); Practical experience with Postman (or equivalents): collections, environment variables, request reproduction, response analysis. Log diagnostics skills:

searching for request ID/correlation ID;

correlating events by time;
-
identifying key error indicators. Understanding of network interaction basics: HTTPS, timeouts, DNS, connectivity issues, proxy/VPN (at a diagnostic level). Basic SQL (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN for reading/verifying data — if used in the company).

Experience with Jira: managing tickets, statuses, prioritization, proper formatting of development tasks.

Experience with Confluence or any Knowledge Base system: structuring knowledge, maintaining relevance.

Ability to write technical texts: clear, structured, reproducible (steps, conditions, input/output data).
