The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is seeking a qualified Process Analyst to analyze, optimize, and improve business processes within the Digital Healthcare Management Unit (DHMU). The DHMU plays a crucial role in implementing the Ministry's digital health reform strategy, aiming to improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient care, and strengthen the national healthcare system through the adoption of digital health technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing processes within the DHMU, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending efficient and effective process changes. The Process Analyst will work on enhancing operational workflows, ensuring that digital health initiatives align with organizational goals, and supporting the implementation of process optimization strategies. They will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and ensure continuous improvement across the digital health programs.

This is a position requiring strong analytical skills, process management expertise, and a deep understanding of digital health technologies. The Process Analyst will play a key role in advancing the Ministry's digital health reform agenda and optimizing the processes that drive healthcare transformation in Uzbekistan.
