UZINFOCOM is looking for talented Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to the largest and most impactful projects in the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and define requirements for IT solutions.

• Develop technical specifications and requirements documents based on business needs.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of implemented features.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and trends.

• Coordinate project work across various teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

• Ensure that developed solutions align with business goals and stakeholder requirements.

• Run A/B tests and analyze the results to optimize processes and solutions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within the IT sector.

• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (BPMN, UML, User Stories, Use Cases).

• Hands-on experience with requirements management systems like JIRA and Confluence.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Solid understanding of project management principles and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to formulate hypotheses and validate them through experiments and data analysis.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
