UZINFOCOM is hiring business analysts to join one of the largest digital transformation projects in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify IT solution requirements

• Develop technical specifications based on business needs

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of implemented solutions

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and trends

• Coordinate work across teams including developers, QA testers, and project managers

• Ensure that solutions align with business goals and requirements

• Run A/B tests and analyze results to optimize processes and solutions

• Create and maintain clear project and process documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within the IT sector

• Knowledge of business analysis tools and methods such as BPMN, UML, User Stories, Use Cases

• Experience with requirements management systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Data analysis and reporting skills

• Understanding of project management fundamentals and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to form hypotheses and test them through experimentation and data analysis

• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills

• Professional proficiency in English and Russian
