Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling and unit economics calculations for IT products.

• Work with 1C software: data extraction, analytics setup, budgeting.

• Create dashboards and visualizations to track key metrics (using Power BI / Excel / Google Sheets, etc.).

• Analyze actual vs. planned indicators and develop actionable recommendations.

• Support financial control processes and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation of reports for investors, grants, and government programs.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, or business analysis.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or project-based environments.

• Advanced knowledge of 1C (analytics, budgeting, report generation).

• Proficient in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).

• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.

• Skills in business planning, profitability analysis, and unit economics.

• Ability to work with large data sets and draw well-grounded conclusions.

• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and initiative.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
