Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a Go-To-Market strategy for the company's products: IT Outsource / FacePay / PalmPay;

  • Shaping and developing product positioning in the market;

  • Defining the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and segmenting target markets;

  • Developing and maintaining a 12-month marketing roadmap;

  • Selection and prioritization of marketing channels (digital, performance, PR, events, etc.);

  • Planning, monitoring, and optimizing the marketing budget;

  • Collaborating with product and sales teams to launch products to the market;

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities (ROI, CAC, LTV, etc.);

  • Managing contractors and internal resources (design, content, agencies).

Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of experience in marketing, including leadership or lead positions;

  • Experience in developing and launching GTM strategies for IT/digital products;

  • Understanding of product marketing principles and B2B/B2G markets;

  • Skills in shaping positioning and value propositions;

  • Experience with marketing budgeting and analytics;

  • Ability to work with market segmentation and ICP;

  • Strong communication and presentation skills;

  • Strategic thinking and result orientation.

Conditions:
