Responsibilities:

• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of multimedia infrastructure and provide prompt resolution of technical incidents;

• Configure and maintain the functionality of audiovisual and multimedia equipment;

• Diagnose and optimize network performance, and monitor service quality;

• Provide technical support for events (conferences, lectures, seminars);

• Perform regular updates of software and device firmware;

• Develop and implement projects for equipping halls and auditoriums with multimedia and control systems;

• Prepare proposals for infrastructure modernization;

• Analyze user requests and propose improvements to services;

• Maintain technical and reporting documentation for projects;

• Assist the procurement manager by conducting market research and preparing documentation;

• Conduct technical evaluations of proposals and handle commercial negotiations with suppliers;

• Prepare tender documentation and draft purchase orders and supply specifications;

• Liaise with service providers and vendors;

• Interact with clients: understand needs, manage expectations, and provide regular reporting;

• Coordinate communication between the project team and the client regarding task status.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT companies);

• Practical experience with multimedia equipment, IP telephony solutions, and video conferencing systems;

• Understanding of IT service organization principles;

• Ability to define technical requirements during project development;

• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-organization, and a results-oriented mindset;

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and assist in solving technical problems;

• Proactive approach and ability to work in a team.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 to 18:00;
