Responsibilities:

• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of server infrastructure (servers, storage systems, virtualization servers) and provide prompt resolution of incidents regarding servers and hardware;

• Diagnose and optimize server performance, monitor service quality, and manage interactions with service providers and vendors;

• Prepare proposals for the development and modernization of server infrastructure, acquire server equipment, and participate in modernization projects;

• Participate in the implementation of security subsystems for servers and data storage systems (SAN/NAS);

• Deploy and maintain virtualization and monitoring systems;

• Keep server documentation up to date and support audit processes;

• Perform regular updates of software and device firmware.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Strong communication and leadership skills;

• Responsibility, self-organization, and a results-oriented mindset;

• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; knowledge of English is a plus.
