Responsibilities:

• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of network infrastructure (switches, routers, other network hardware, video conferencing, and telephony systems) and provide prompt resolution of network and equipment incidents;

• Diagnose and optimize network performance, monitor service quality, and manage interactions with service providers and vendors;

• Prepare proposals for the development and modernization of network infrastructure, acquire network equipment, and participate in network modernization projects;

• Participate in the implementation of network security subsystems;

• Deploy and maintain network management automation and monitoring systems;

• Keep data transmission network documentation up to date and support audit processes;

• Perform regular updates of software and device firmware.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting corporate L2 and L3 networks, VPNs, and Firewalls (FW);

• Practical experience ensuring fault tolerance and high availability of communication channels and equipment;

• Hands-on experience with IP telephony solutions and video conferencing systems;

• Practical experience working directly with network hardware;

• Proficiency with network diagnostic tools;

• Strong knowledge and understanding of network security technologies;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Strong communication and leadership skills;

• Responsibility, self-organization, and a results-oriented mindset;

• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; knowledge of English is an advantage.
