Participating in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.

Maintaining active communication with candidates and ensuring a positive experience with the company.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.

Knowledge of modern methods and technologies for personnel search and selection.

Knowledge of IT recruitment is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

Understanding of basic labor law principles.
