Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and prepare commercial proposals.

Conclude contracts based on client requirements and requests.

Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Analyze equipment pricing.
-
Conduct preliminary technical evaluations of proposals and suppliers.
-
Manage documentation and ensure compliance: maintain accurate procurement records, ensure adherence to policies and regulations, and prepare/verify tender documentation.

Manage risks: identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
-
Business Analytics: process data related to purchased equipment across projects for analysis, visualization, and reporting to management (e.g., for future project budgeting and equipment pricing analysis).

Supplier Management: coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services in accordance with project requirements.

Order Management: create and monitor purchase orders, track their progress, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Document Control: maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

Monitor order statuses; expedite and track shipments to prevent project delays.
-
Coordination: liaise regularly with the project team, including managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure procurement aligns with the project schedule.

Quality Assurance: coordinate and participate in inspections to ensure procured goods meet specified standards and project expectations.

Reporting: prepare reports on procurement progress, milestones, and any issues requiring management attention.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or contract management.

Strong understanding of procurement processes and relevant legislation.

Proven negotiation skills and ability to prepare compelling commercial proposals.

Excellent self-organization and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in risk analysis and preparing comprehensive reports for management.

Proficiency in standard office software and procurement management systems.
-
Commitment to quality assurance and meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
-
Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
