Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ML pipelines — from model training to production deployment

• Build REST APIs for models using FastAPI or Flask

• Containerize applications with Docker and manage infrastructure using docker-compose and Kubernetes

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for ML projects (GitHub/GitLab Actions, Jenkins)

• Monitor models in real time using MLflow, Weights & Biases

• Integrate with cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML Studio

• Automate ETL processes with Airflow or Prefect

• Participate in code reviews and collaborative development

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python (OOP, clean code principles)

• Experience writing unit and integration tests

• Proficiency with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, plus either PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Experience with Docker (images, Dockerfile, docker-compose)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS (S3, EC2), GCP (Cloud Storage), Azure (Blob Storage)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub/GitLab Actions, Jenkins

• Familiarity with MLflow and Weights & Biases

• Experience monitoring models in production

• Ability to solve complex technical challenges

• Effective communication with Data Scientists, developers, and Product Managers

• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new MLOps technologies

• Experience with Kubernetes (Pods, Services, ConfigMaps)

• Knowledge of DVC or integration with MLflow

• Experience setting up ETL pipelines (Airflow or Prefect)
