Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, and optimization of ML pipelines for STT, TTS, and LLM-based solutions;

• Fine-tuning speech recognition and language models for low-resource languages and dialects;

• Collaborating with the data annotation team to ensure high-quality training data;

• Transforming ML models and prototypes into production-ready pipelines;

• Optimizing model performance for accuracy, speed, and efficiency;

• Automating key stages of CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment;

• Mentoring junior ML engineers and leading the team in best practices for coding, model management, and MLOps;

• Documenting processes, writing specifications, and developing user manuals for ML models and pipelines;

• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and model security standards.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in machine learning or as an MLE;

• Proven track record in STT, TTS, or NLP projects;

• Deep knowledge of LLMs and fine-tuning for low-resource languages;

• Strong command of ML libraries in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.);

• Experience integrating ML models into complex, data-driven systems;

• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps platforms (AWS SageMaker, MLFlow, Kubeflow, etc.);

• Experience managing data annotation pipelines and ensuring data quality;

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ASR frameworks (Wav2vec, Kaldi, SpeechBrain, Whisper, etc.);

• Competence in the Apache Airflow ecosystem;

• Familiarity with TTS frameworks (VITS, XTTS, Coqui TTS, Tacotron, etc.);

• Experience in multilingual NLP (fine-tuning multilingual models);

• Knowledge of dialect recognition technologies;

• Skills in the Apache Spark ecosystem;

• Expertise in LLM/Generative AI models.
