We are looking for a Product Manager to join our digital healthcare team, who will help us build and develop IT products, manage tasks through JIRA, and set up a results- and user-focused process.

Responsibilities:

• Full product lifecycle management: from idea to launch.

• Creating and managing the backlog, planning sprints and releases.

• Working in JIRA: task creation, deadline control, interaction with the development team.

• Collecting and analyzing requirements from users, clients, and stakeholders.

• Preparing product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

• Prioritizing tasks and managing team resources.

• Analyzing the effectiveness of decisions, metrics, and feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager.

• Confident use of JIRA (mandatory), Confluence is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban fundamentals.

• Communication skills with technical and business teams.

• Ability to describe processes, prepare documentation, and prioritize tasks.

• Flexible thinking and result orientation.
