Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of communications and discipline.

KPI Implementation: Implement metrics that ensure stable growth of sales plans while keeping them realistic.

Systematization: Create a grading system; write scripts, instructions, and regulations.

Team Motivation: Provide non-material motivation to the team and maintain a high pace of work.

Strategy & Pricing: Develop assortment and pricing policies; defend the strategy to upper management.

Market Analysis: Monitor the competitive environment and identify new growth points for the business.

Analytics: Control the sales funnel, forecast revenue, and evaluate department efficiency based on data.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on plan execution and strategy implementation.
-
Key Account Management: Personally manage key company clients and develop long-term relationships.

Negotiations: Conduct complex negotiations, agree on terms, and close contracts.

Sales Collateral: Develop effective templates for commercial proposals and presentation materials.

Finance: Monitor and minimize accounts receivable (AR).
Requirements:

Project Management: Experience effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Leadership: Strong managerial skills, ability to conduct high-level negotiations, and motivate the team.

Mindset: High level of responsibility, self-organization, and a strong orientation toward financial results.

Languages: Fluent in Russian and Uzbek (English is a plus), including business correspondence and negotiations.
Conditions:

Schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Employment: Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, providing 28 calendar days of vacation.
