Sales Manager
Work Conditions
Responsibilities:

Identifying customer needs and preparing commercial proposals;

Signing contracts based on the customer’s needs and requests;

Contract negotiations and management: conducting negotiations, ensuring favorable conditions;

Price analysis of equipment;
-
Preliminary technical assessment of offers and suppliers;
-
Documentation and compliance: maintaining procurement records and ensuring adherence to policies and rules, preparing and reviewing tender documentation;
-
Risk management: identifying and mitigating procurement risks;
-
Business analytics: processing procurement data by project for further analysis and visualization, and preparing reports for management (during budgeting stages of future projects, price analysis of equipment);
-
Supplier management: coordinating suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services in line with project needs;
-
Order management: creating and controlling supply orders, tracking their progress, and ensuring they meet project requirements;
-
Document control: keeping records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices;
-
Order status monitoring: expediting and monitoring delivery shipments to prevent project delays;
-
Coordination: ongoing interaction with the project team, managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align procurement with the project schedule;
-
Quality assurance: coordinating and participating in inspections to ensure procured goods meet defined standards and project expectations;
-
Reporting: preparing reports on procurement progress, milestones, and issues requiring management attention.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in procurement or contract management;

Understanding of procurement processes and relevant legislation;

Negotiation and commercial proposal drafting skills;
-
Ability to self-organize and multitask;
-
Risk analysis and reporting skills for management;
-
Proficiency in office software and procurement management systems;
-
Commitment to quality and attention to documentation;
-
Ability to effectively collaborate with the team and partners.
