Responsibilities:

  • Monitor availability and performance of key information systems, servers, and network resources;

  • Respond promptly to incidents, log and resolve technical issues according to SLA;

  • Handle user requests through the Help Desk: registration, classification, escalation, and resolution;

  • Maintain client server hardware (rack mounting/dismounting, diagnostics, initial inspection);

  • Perform network setup for client equipment: port configuration, VLAN setup, IP address assignment and tracking;

  • Install and perform initial setup of Linux-based servers;

  • Support client web hosting, work with control panels, and resolve content display issues;

  • Provide technical support for co-location and virtual server rental services, track hosted hardware.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or as a system administrator;

  • Confident use of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.) and Help Desk tools (GLPI, OTRS, Freshdesk, etc.);

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure: working with servers, switches, VLANs, IP addresses;

  • Skills in assembling and maintaining server hardware (including client-owned physical servers);

  • Experience with network interface configuration, resource tracking and allocation (ports, IPs, VLANs);

  • Basic Linux OS installation and configuration (Debian, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux);

  • Knowledge of web hosting control panels (ISPmanager, cPanel, Plesk, etc.);

  • Basic understanding of mail services (Postfix, Dovecot, etc.);

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain technical issues politely and clearly to clients;

  • Responsibility, punctuality, willingness to take on-call shifts and work according to SLA procedures.
