Responsibilities:

• Assigning tasks to developers

• Developing requirements (including system modeling)

• Designing and documenting integrations (REST API, brokers)

• Documenting project decisions

• Acceptance testing

• Process modeling

• Participating in implementation, training, and support

• Designing databases

• Designing architecture

• Participating in the preparation of technical specifications

Requirements:

• Ability to clearly formulate requirements for process automation

• Ability to work with vague or unclear requirements

• Experience describing user scenarios

• Experience identifying and gathering non-functional requirements

• Experience developing data models and status models for solutions

• Experience creating sequence and ERD diagrams

• Experience working on synchronous integration interactions (REST API, SOAP)

• Experience working with relational databases (writing medium complexity SQL queries)

• Experience developing solution architecture in collaboration with an architect

• Experience breaking down complex tasks

• Experience preparing release documentation

• Knowledge of data exchange formats XML/XSD, JSON/JSON-Schema

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence

• Understanding the basics of tools for testing system interactions (Swagger UI, UX, Postman, Kafkatool), web/mobile development

• Ability to form and validate hypotheses

• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and tact in interactions; ability to connect with both business stakeholders and developers

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail
