UZINFOCOM, in partnership with Octobank, ATTO, the Ministry of Transport, and the Tashkent Metro, has launched a modern technology for paying metro fares - MyID Palm.

Now residents and guests of the capital can simply present their palm to a scanner to make a payment

UZINFOCOM, in partnership with Octobank, ATTO, the Ministry of Transport, and the Tashkent Metro, has launched a modern technology for paying metro fares - MyID Palm.

To connect to the system, passengers need to:

 

  • Have a smartphone and an ATTO transport card with them;
  • Register at an information kiosk at metro stations;
  • Scan their palms to create a biometric profile;
  • Open or add an ATTO transport card in the ATTO mobile application and link it to the image of their palms.

 

Currently, the system is operating in test mode at 12 stations on the Chilanzar line of the metro, from Olmazor station to Buyuk Ipak Yuli.
