Please be informed that, at the request of the Ministry of Health and the Social Protection Agency, the functionality for the independent deactivation of closed sick leave certificates in the system has been disabled.

Why did this happen?
According to the regulations, immediately after the closure of a sick leave certificate, an automatic process of calculating social benefits for the patient is launched. Technical cancellation of the document at this stage by a medical institution can lead to financial errors and discrepancies in government reporting.
Important! In view of the above, we kindly ask you to check all data and dates as carefully as possible before the final closure of the sick leave certificate.
What to do if an error is made?
Until the moment of closure of the sick leave certificate, you still have the option to cancel or edit it.
After closure — deactivation/cancellation is possible only by sending an official request to the Ministry of Health.
When preparing a request to the Ministry of Health, be sure to indicate:
Patient's PINFL;
Series and number of the closed sick leave certificate;
Reason for cancellation.
