The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support and drive the advancement of digital health initiatives within the Digital Healthcare Management Unit (DHMU). The DHMU plays a crucial role in implementing the Ministry's digital health reform strategy, aiming to improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient care, and strengthen the national healthcare system through the adoption of digital health technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, analyzing existing healthcare processes, identifying strategic opportunities, and developing compelling business cases for new digital health initiatives. By providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, the Business Analyst will help ensure DHMU's initiatives deliver tangible benefits to Uzbekistan's healthcare system.

This is a position requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in the field of digital health. The Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping the future of digital health in Uzbekistan by supporting the Ministry's reform agenda through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

The selection will be guided by the KfW Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partners Document version January 2019 (update as of July 2024).
