Work Conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full document lifecycle within the IT and Energy sectors.

  • Prepare, coordinate, track, and monitor the execution of contracts (supply, service, licensing, etc.).

  • Register, process, and store incoming, outgoing, and internal documentation.

  • Maintain registers of contracts, acts, invoices, and other financial and legal documents.

  • Organize and oversee document signing processes (including digital signatures).

  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and partners regarding document preparation and signing.

  • Coordinate contracts and other documents with the legal department, accounting, and other departments.

  • Support internal company processes related to document management (reports, monitoring of obligations).

  • Utilize electronic document management systems (e.g., 1C, CRM, corporate ERP systems).

  • Optimize and implement new solutions to improve document management efficiency.

  • Ensure correct storage of documents in the corporate database.

  • Verify compliance of contracts and documents with legal requirements and internal regulations.

  • Prepare and analyze legal documents related to IT projects and energy (licenses, NDAs, technical specifications).

  • Archive documents and maintain document management reports.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in document management (preferably in the IT and/or Energy sectors).

  • Knowledge of contract law fundamentals, accounting principles, and primary documentation.

  • Experience with 1C, MS Office, Google Docs, and ERP systems.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and adhere strictly to deadlines.
