Responsibilities:

  • Searching, attracting, and selecting candidates for vacancies in accordance with requirements.

  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for professional and cultural fit with the company.

  • Creating and updating a database of potential employees.

  • Interacting with company departments to understand their staffing needs.

  • Participating in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.

  • Maintaining active communication with candidates and ensuring a positive experience with the company.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.

  • Knowledge of modern methods and technologies for personnel search and selection.

  • Knowledge of IT recruitment is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

  • Understanding of basic labor law principles.
