Responsibilities:

• Review of project-technical documentation (technical specifications, concepts, etc.) in the field of ICT;

• Development of regulatory documents in the field of ICT;

• Participation in project-research work;

• Development of technical specifications and other technical documentation for the creation and modernization of information systems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in oral and written communication, business writing skills;

• Experienced PC user: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); graphic editors (PhotoShop, Corel, Snagit) (preferred).

• Experience in business analysis in the field of software and information systems development.

• Experience in preparing documentation (technical specifications, concepts, user guides, regulations, etc.) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as international and national IT standards.

• Skills in BPM development.

• Understanding the principles of creating information systems and software, knowledge of architectural approaches.

• Skills in writing articles and analytical materials;

• Diligence, attentiveness, meticulousness, high level of self-organization, prompt task execution;

• Systems thinking, accuracy in work.
