Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from users.

  • Master all necessary job-related information within the established timelines.

  • Adhere to professional business communication etiquette.

  • Participate in all required trainings and briefings as part of the employee development program.

Requirements:

  • Experience with public services or e-government systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and clear diction.

  • Strong computer skills (confident PC user).

  • Effective communication skills.

  • A focus on quality and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to learn quickly (fast learner).

  • Ability to work well under pressure (stress resilience).
