The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is seeking a qualified System Design Architect to design and oversee the implementation of digital health infrastructure and solutions within the Digital Healthcare Management Unit (DHMU). The DHMU plays a crucial role in implementing the Ministry's digital health reform strategy, aiming to improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient care, and strengthen the national healthcare system through the adoption of digital health technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust system architectures for digital health initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of technologies, maintaining data security and privacy, fostering collaboration with technical and healthcare stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous evaluation and improvement of digital health systems.

This is a position requiring strong expertise in system design, architecture, and digital health technologies. The System Design Architect will play a key role in shaping the technological infrastructure of digital health in Uzbekistan and ensuring the success of the Ministry's ambitious reform agenda.

The selection will be guided by the KfW Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partners Document version January 2019 (update as of July 2024).

Any submissions received after the deadline will be rejected.
