Yesterday, Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov visited the IT Park complex in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, opened in August this year.

During the visit he heard the report of the head of UZINFOCOM branch in Karakalpakstan Aziz Madetov on the activities and objectives of the branch, and also familiarized with the educational process in the Nukus subdivision of the IT-academy Ustudy. The Minister gave recommendations and instructions to responsible persons on the development of IT-education, as well as held a meeting with active youth and leaders of startups in the region.
