1️⃣ Rights when returning goods (according to Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law):

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if the receipt is present and the packaging is intact.
Exceptions: medicines, personal hygiene products, foodstuffs (paragraph 5, section "Special conditions of return").

2️⃣ Online purchases (according to Article 21 of the Law on Electronic Commerce):
The online store is obliged to provide accurate information about the product and delivery conditions.

All purchase data (receipt, order confirmation) must be saved.

3️⃣ Signing of contracts (according to Article 13 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan):

Before signing the contract, it is necessary to carefully study all the terms and conditions, clarify possible hidden fees and terms.
